A new sponsor. A new era. A new sound. When the Dutch national cup levelled up to Eurojackpot KNVB Beker, it needed a sonic identity to match. We stepped in to redefine the sound of the tournament. Major Fifth created the official anthem and delivered a full-scale audio package, from high-impact leaders to bold jingles and dynamic bumpers. All brought to life with a world-class live orchestra. Having originally composed the themes three years earlier (back when it was still the ‘TOTO KNVB Beker’), we were brought back to evolve what we started. The core melodies stayed, they’re part of the DNA, but everything else got rebuilt from the ground up. The result? A modern hybrid sound with a sharper, more urban edge. Cinematic energy fused with contemporary production, recorded with the powerful strings and brass of the Budapest Art Orchestra. Same heart. New fire.
